Clinical Experience

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in providing evidence-based assessment, consultation, and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with complex medical needs and mental health concerns, as well as neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD, learning differences, executive functioning and social skills challenges.
My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, developmental psychology, family systems, humanistic and positive psychology. I use a biopsychosocial lens and collaborate closely with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care. I aim to empower children and families by building on existing strengths, fostering resilience, and developing practical skills to navigate life's challenges—both within and beyond the healthcare setting.
